Money-Back Guarantee
Important — Effective Date of the Guarantee
The money-back guarantee was introduced on 27 April 2026. It applies exclusively to Linden Method programme memberships purchased on or after that date. Any programme membership purchased prior to 27 April 2026 does not carry a money-back guarantee and is not covered by this policy.
For memberships purchased on or after 27 April 2026, a full refund may be requested within the guarantee period stated at the point of purchase, subject to the conditions set out below. To request a refund, contact the support team at thelindenmethod.co.uk/contact within the guarantee window, quoting your order reference.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider but are typically 5–10 business days. The guarantee does not apply to retreats, residential programmes, coaching sessions, or any product explicitly excluded at the point of sale.
Programme Access & Delivery
The Linden Method is a psycho-educational programme delivered digitally. Access is provided through thelindenmethod.co.uk. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials or redistribute programme materials.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site and within the programme — including text, audio, video, graphics and methodology — is the intellectual property of Charles Linden / The Linden Method. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.
